CYBER SECURITY ALERTS
Top of the List: Refund Scam
Our Cyber Securoty Team advise all its customers and visitors to refrain from entertaining phone calls or voice mails that are randomly executed from automated machines most of the time showing a foreign phone number and in many cases toll free numbers and US phone numbers that are untraceable. The message or the script of the caller is somewhat "You or someone in your family has paid for Microsoft/Apple/Oracle support and Microsoft wants to refund your money". Please be aware it is a bait to hook you to a refund scam. Hang up immediately. You do not have to dig into it, it will drag you into the loop. Just hang up!

In other case the caller will say that the company you have worked with is going out of business and we are going to refund your money.

As soon as you hear the words eligible REFUND, it is a call from Scammers. These scammers also use names of USA based legitimate prime support providers like ours Geek Squad, Dell Service Team, Secure Techdesk, Please be aware of these scammers and if you have any information that can help authorities to nab them you can always send an email through our contacts page.
Watch out for: Imposters
Please be aware of spyware, ransomware scams who demand astronomical amount of money for any support services or software. We provide genuine software that you can purchase yourself either directly from manufacturer, online, through distributors or through us at the market advertised prices. Our service fees are very competitive as compared to onsite prices Tech shops will cost you. So whatever the case is if you are asked to purchase unnecessary software or you are being charged huge amount of service charges remember you are not dealing with a genuine computer support company. Ask for their website address before you provide them access to your network. Take a look on their website and see for yourself if the technician you are talking to belongs to a genuine corporation.
Cyber Secure Suggestion:
If you are not a computer savvy individual and are using internet for your personal use, home business and or home network, We highly recommend to use VPN. A good VPN license would cost less than $40 for a year but it will safeguard your individual computer and or home network from hackers that run cyber scams.
